We started this practice after watching capable applicants lose months to identical Motivationsschreiben, unclear trade choices, and interview prep that ignored Berufsschule realities. Employment consulting in Germany for Ausbildung deserves its own desk — separate from university admissions advising and separate from corporate outplacement.
How we work
Sessions are conversational and concrete. We ask about school certificates, language classes, commuting limits, and which crafts you have already touched in Praktika. Advice stays inside what a human consultant can responsibly offer: clearer documents, sharper shortlists, and rehearsal for Vorstellungsgespräche.
