Content on this site describes employment consulting in Germany focused on Ausbildung and apprenticeship application guidance. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement exists only after we confirm scope and fees in writing. We do not guarantee an Ausbildungsplatz, interview invitation, or contract offer.

Intellectual property

Text, visual design, and downloadable materials provided by Aiplatformcloud remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may use personalised documents we prepare for your own applications. You may not republish site content for commercial advising without permission.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply (certificates, dates, language levels). Misleading information may lead us to end an engagement without refund beyond what our refund policy allows.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aiplatformcloud is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from hiring decisions of third-party Ausbildungsbetriebe, portal outages, or delays outside our control. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction for our Niedersachsen place of business shall have venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits.
