Application path

A practical route from trade questions to submitted Bewerbungen

This path mirrors how we structure coaching. Use it as a self-check or bring it into a consultation so we skip the vague warm-up.

  1. Clarify the Beruf

List two to four Ausbildungsberufe you could sustain for the full training period. Note grades, physical demands, night shifts, and whether Berufsschule blocks require travel. If you cannot yet name a Beruf, start with a match consultation.

  2. Map reachable Betriebe

Draw a commute radius you can keep for years, not weeks. Mark early-posting corporate intakes and later Handwerk openings. Discard companies you cannot reach even if the title looks perfect.

  3. Assemble the mappe

Lebenslauf, Motivationsschreiben, certificates, and Praktikum proofs in the order German readers expect. One trade-specific letter beats five generic paragraphs about “loving Germany.”

  4. Submit on a calendar

Wave applications by deadline type. Log every portal confirmation. Schedule follow-ups instead of refreshing inboxes hourly.

  5. Prepare the conversation

When invitations arrive, rehearse craft motivation, availability, and questions about the training plan. Assessment days need group-task awareness as much as polished monologues.

Flagship coaching covers all five stages. Document review or interview prep can plug into a single stage if that is all you need.
