Data we collect

Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting on a paid engagement (typically up to 10 years for invoice records under German commercial rules). Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the tool defaults summarised on the cookies page.
Processors and international transfers
