Refund & cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid consultations for Ausbildung application guidance, document reviews, interview preparation, and match sessions.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Aiplatformcloud for consultancy services described on this site. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or third-party course seats.
Timeframe
Requests should be emailed to info@aiplatformcloud.digital within 14 days of payment for unused services, or as soon as possible when a session must be cancelled.
Full refunds
A full refund is available when you cancel a match consultation, interview-prep package, or document review before we begin substantive work (before the scheduled session or before editorial review starts). Coaching engagements cancelled before the profile session also receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Partial refunds
If coaching has started, we refund the unused portion minus work already delivered (completed sessions and document rounds), calculated against the agreed scope. Once a document review return package has been sent, that fee is not refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed one-off consultations
- Delivered annotated Lebenslauf / Motivationsschreiben packages
- Administrative bank fees charged by your payment provider, if any
Deposits
Coaching deposits reserve calendar time. If you cancel more than seven days before the first session, the deposit is refundable. Cancellations inside seven days forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot; in that case we refund it.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a video session once with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. No-shows without notice forfeit that session fee. A second reschedule may incur a €25 administration fee.
Work already started
Research hours and draft writing begun after your written go-ahead are billable even if you later pause the engagement. We provide a short statement of work completed when calculating any partial refund.
Process and timing
Email refund requests with your name, service date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
