Rather than handing you a generic template pack, we work through the choices that actually matter: which Beruf makes sense for your background, which regions have openings you can reach, and how German Ausbildungsbetriebe read a Bewerbung.

Most clients start with uncertainty about the difference between a school-based path and a dual Ausbildung, or they have already sent dozens of identical applications with no reply. We slow that process down. In the first session we clarify language requirements, certificate recognition questions at a practical level, and the seasons when companies open their Ausbildung intake.

From there, the work becomes concrete. You leave with a shortlist, documents written for German readers, and a calendar that keeps submissions moving instead of stalling after the first polite rejection.

Preparation

Bring school certificates, any Praktikum confirmations, and a rough list of trades you have already considered.

Practical constraints

We advise on applications; final hiring decisions remain with each Ausbildungsbetrieb. Sessions are held in English with German document wording where required.
